Brexit Update

As of 1st January 2021, the UK CAA is no longer recognised by EASA. My AME authorisation has defaulted to UK CAA licence holders only, so I am currently only able to undertake medicals on UK CAA licence holders. Consequently I am regrettably unable to undertake EASA medical examinations at the present time.

FAA medical examinations will continue as normal.

I fully expect this to be a temporary situation as I have applied for AME authorisation with other EASA National Aviation Authorities, which would allow me to resume EASA medicals. Unfortunately as with pilots’ licences, it is not possible to hold more than one EASA AME authorisation at any one time, so applications could not be submitted prior to Brexit.

Any further updates will be posted here or please email me directly.
