Unfortunately due to an increasing number of short-notice cancellations, a fee will be charged in the event of a failure to attend a booked appointment or failure to provide 48hrs notice of cancellation.

• No-show or less than 24hrs notice of cancellation will incur the full fee
• More than 24hrs but less than 48hrs notice will incur 50% of the fee.
