If arriving from the south on the A38 (Bristol Airport direction), satnavs may direct you left off the A38 via Yanley Lane – this is in parts a single track lane which can flood during wet weather so may be best avoided. The alternative route is to continue north on the A38, turn left onto the A4174 (Colliters Way), then follow signs to Long Ashton.

As you enter the Business Park, keep left after the wooden gate (there is a small sign for Yanley Court on the left) and the drive through another set of metal gates. This will lead into an open gravel parking area.

Entrance to Yanley Court is on the LEFT side of the building.

On entering the building, go through the wooden door straight ahead, go down two steps and continue straight ahead to Suite E.

There is a small waiting area just to the right before you get to Suite E.

Please ensure you wait in the correct waiting area as per the photos below – other areas belong to other offices!

The designated waiting area shown above is for my office, please do not wait elsewhere in the building!
